Hey, its accually not that bad, what framerate are you using? I use 16 so that migh explain, my animation is like 38 frames with loads of double, even triple framing.

gunnar xD lol i am using 18 fps... got used with it and now i cant switch from 18 fps... anyway i only doubleframed and added 1 tripleframe, i am curently sketching a character and then ill start animating it, i r going fb tonight >:0

Try doing a rough draft before you start adding in the details, will make it alot easier.
